I'm still a little woozy but I'm finally home from Crafty Wonderland, a whirlwind 3-day holiday craft fair at the Oregon Convention Center. It was such a blast and I met so many amazing people!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth and checked out my work, especially my R/GA coworkers and maker friends! It was so great to see people's reactions to my display and my work (especially to the buttery leather goods) and to be able to personally give someone something I worked really hard on to make a part of their daily life (or give as a gift to a loved one!).
I loved my booth neighbors, some people were doing the fair for the first time and others had been doing Crafty Wonderland for 6+ years! I learned so much about what to do, what not to do, what to make, what to make more of, etc... that I think I'll come to the next fair even more prepared!
I'm proud of myself for being able to check my first craft fair off the list, and for it to be a well-established fair with 20,000 attendees. It's been a huge dream of mine ever since starting my business and I never really had a clear picture of what the weekend would be like, but now that it's over, it was super dreamy and fulfilling!
See you next year!
